Born and raised in NYC, Machelle’s journey led her to San Diego, where she pursued education in film and performance. Her passion ignited early, with formative experiences in local theaters and commercials.
Now a dedicated actor, she has produced dozens of films and is currently serving as an Executive Producer on several projects for Hallmark and Lifetime. She’s also working on a new feature film alongside her Kryptonian pal, Dean Cain (Superman).
Machelle is creative professional with diverse skills and experiences in directing, producing and writing and as well. Her work on short films like ‘Autonomous’ and ‘Waves of Grace’, which she produced and starred in, won numerous awards at various film festivals, including ‘Best Short Film’ and ‘Audience Choice Award’.
Her skills as a Comic-Con Moderator / Panelist led her to work on various live events and fan conventions – including celebrity interviewing some of the biggest names from Hollywood at red carpet events. Her interviews primarily focuses on the healing power that the arts holds and promoting positive & inspirational messages to the viewers.
Machelle is passionate about her craft of storytelling as well as portraying complex dramatic and comedic characters in all film genres. She is known for her strong emotional range and ability to make vulnerable characters come to life. Her curiosity about the world and human-interest stories led her to acting. Her goal is to inspire people to become their best spiritual version of themselves and work on quality films that speak to large audiences to help positively deal with their own lives just as it has done for her.
