Gabrielle McAndrew

Gabrielle has trained with the Houde School of Acting since 2017, and has been represented by Heyman Talent since 2020. Her work so far has included principal roles in promotional videos, industrials, supporting roles in feature films, and a featured role on the brand new sitcom, What's A Girl To Do. Prior to fully committing to her professional pursuits as a performer, Gabrielle spent four years working behind the scenes on tier one features in the Greater Cleveland area (2011-2015). Some of those credits included the Love Finds You series (UPtv), Old Fashioned (Pure Flix), and more. Starting as a production assistant and completing that season as a production coordinator, Gabrielle learned a lot about the filmmaking process holistically, but – perhaps even more importantly – what type of content she would like to pursue as a performer: predominantly, faith based and/or family oriented-content. Outside of her training at Houde and current day job, Gabrielle also volunteers as a director, camera operator, writer, and spokesperson for the announcement videos at her local church, Woodlawn Church, in Canton. Before her time at Houde and Woodlawn, respectively, Gabrielle also completed a 9 month apprenticeship program in casting at Cleveland Play House, a Bachelor of Arts from the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business at Belmont University in Nashville, TN (within 3 years), a study abroad program at La Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain (through Belmont), and performed principal roles in several local theater productions (Huck Finn’s Story, Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz, and several others.).
