His film credits include Pleasure Ridge Park, Like Fiction, and the Hallmark original film, An Uncommon Grace. He has starred in numerous theatre productions including, Fool for Love, Prelude to a Kiss, Rich Girl, In a Word, and How Water Behaves. Neil owns and operates the film production company, Everything Cinema Productions.
